**In short:** With WebIntacta you start with a free external scan, which only needs your website address. If you want the site checked from the inside, the security report made with the read-only connector costs €129 for a website and €169 for a store; if a hack has to be cleaned up, the cleanup costs from €219, at a fixed price agreed before starting; and maintenance is €35/month or €69/month, with no lock-in (excluding VAT). You can stop at any step: you only pay for what you hire me for, and you never need to give me FTP access for a review.

I check what anyone can see of your site from the internet: versions, exposed files, certificate, headers, email and blacklists. It takes a few minutes.

- What I need from you: Just the website address.
- Cost: Free

### 2. [Security report](https://webintacta.com/en/website-security-audit)

With the read-only connector I look inside: integrity of every file, malware, database, users and settings. You get a PDF with the grade and the action plan, and we go through it together by email or chat.

- What I need from you: Install the connector from your site's admin (five minutes, no FTP).
- Cost: €129 website · €169 store

### 3. [Fix or cleanup](https://webintacta.com/en/hacked-website-repair)

If you hire me, I fix it starting with what is urgent, with a backup first. If the site is infected, I clean it, close the way in and request the review from Google.

- What I need from you: The access we agree on (hosting, admin). Passwords are changed when I finish.
- Cost: Cleanup from €219. Fixes: a fixed quote before starting.

Updates with a backup first, daily backups, regular scans, downtime alerts and a monthly report. If the site gets infected, the cleanup is included.

- What I need from you: Nothing else: the connector stays installed to monitor integrity.

## How I work

- **In writing.** Every request opens a ticket with its own private link: what we discuss stays written down and does not get lost in email threads. There is also a chat on the site.
- **No surprises.** What has a published price costs that. What does not, I quote before starting, and the quote does not change halfway through.
- **No made-up deadlines.** I tell you how long it will take before starting. I do not promise response times: urgent work goes first, and you are the one who marks it.
