Purpose
This website provides information about WebIntacta's website security and maintenance services (scans, reports, malware cleanup and maintenance), lets you run a free external scan of a website, and lets you get in touch or order those services. The conditions of the paid services are set out in the terms of service.
Use of the free scan
The external scan only looks at information that the scanned website shows publicly to any visitor, with a limited number of requests and without trying to exploit any flaw. Even so, by using it you declare that the website is yours or that you have its owner's permission to scan it. Using it to scan third-party websites without authorization, to overload servers or for any unlawful purpose is prohibited; in that case access may be blocked.
The result is for guidance only: an external scan cannot see everything that happens inside a server and does not guarantee that a website is free of malware or vulnerabilities.
Intellectual property
The texts, design, logo, code and reports on this website belong to the owner or are used under license. You may quote them with a link to the source, but you may not reproduce them for commercial purposes without permission. Third-party trademarks mentioned here (PrestaShop, WordPress, WooCommerce, Shopify, Google and others) belong to their owners and are cited only to describe the platforms I work with.
